Uninstalling soundtouch app and reinstalling, hard reset on the Bose speaker, updating both. Done all step multiple times and in different orders.

 Just to let you no no dropouts today at all can you please confirm this is a permanant fix not just a tempory one and can you tell us what the problem has been for all this time as i think everyboby will want to know as this will give a little faith

The same for me. No dropouts. Just beautiful consistent music.

 

did you Bose finds permanent solution?

Great news! Are you located in US? I cannot find an announcement from Bose on a fix. Did they do a software update to ST app or speakers. What did you do to make this happen?  Thanks to both of you for posting this.

No news from bose so far and no software update lets just see how long this lasts im just hopeing it lasts we will see

Just when i thought you had fixed it dropping out again when it re starts playing the previous record then stops and jumps forward  error 1302 as usuall on app WHATTS GOING ON IS THIS EVER GOING TO BE FIXED EVERY THING PLAS FINE

 

ON MY SONIS THIS IS STILL A BOSE FAULT

Maybe if enough of us cancel our Sirius subscriptions and tell them this is why, Sirius will take note and maybe they can spur Bose to action.  Bose seems content to let this problem linger for weeks and probably longer if the only complaints are from customers.  Maybe if a partner company complained they'd care more.  As it is, if there were such a thing I'd cancel my Bose SoundTouch subscription rather than my Sirius subscription.

I suggest updating all your reviews and attaching a url link to this page.  I have done that on Amazon, Bestbuy, and Crutchfield which is where I shop.  I lowered my 5 star review to 3.   I am hopeful Bose will fix in the future.  Many of us listen to Sirius XM in our cars as well...so that is not an option for me.
