I have Soundtouch IV and I am having issues with Sirius XM. Stops playing intermittently and displays "loading", or will not play at all and displays "select preset". This is a known issue supposedly related to Sirius servers. Also, the song titles are not in sync with the music being played.
Same issue. Sirius keeps "loading" intermittently. Other times, will not play, saying to "select preset". Song titles are not in sync with music being played. Appears to be a known issue, so why can't BOSE get it fixed?

Yes, system and app are both current so far as I know. No BOSE updates pending; I should note that Sirius app was updated several times recently, but cannot say these updates correlate to BOSE play issue. Web complaints suggest a server problem causes these issues, and that they are chronic.
