Sound Touch doesn't play Music from iMac

My Bose Sound Touch 809 no longer plays my Playlists from Apple Music on my iMac via iPad or iPhone. It does play the Radio Stations OK. When I try to Add Service and locate my Music Playlists from my computer it no longer finds the Files. I have all the latest Software updates. I do not subscribe to Apple Music as I just want to play my digitised music files that I used to be able to do!

Firmware Version

App Version

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Re: Sound Touch doesn't play Music from iMac

Hey Harry Flex,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community!

I am sorry you are having issues playing Apple Music on your SoundTouch system. Just to confirm, when you say Apple Music, do you mean iTunes? Also, I am sorry but I am unaware of a SoundTouch 809. I really would need to know which specific system you have to assist. You can use this page here to type in the serial number of your system. This begins with SN and will be on the label either at the bottom or on the back of the system. This will then tell you the specific name of your device.

I very much look forward to your response.
