Hello Badgerpaul,

Thanks for posting. Welcome to the Community.

The LED on the speaker will flash amber until the battery reaches 100% charge. At 100%, the LED turns solid green and the system stops charging to prevent overcharging. When disconnected from AC power, the LED turns off.

If this isn't happening, I'd suggest checking the following:

- Make sure you are using a charger that is capable of delivering the correct amount of power (requirement is: 5 VDC, 1.6 A) I do not recommend using a computer USB port for charging as it is generally too low of an output.

- Try using another USB cable and charger. Smartphone chargers are generally best suited as alternative chargers, and most Micro USB cables will work.

- Try switching from plugging in via the charging cradle to charging via the side port on the speaker.

- Reset the speaker.

- Update the firmware.

Please give the above a try. If the issue persists, please reach out to support in your region here

Thanks.
