Re: SoundTouch 300 surround sound and subwoofer not working

I have this exact same problem with my very quiet living room with my Soundtouch 300 + Acoustimass 300. I did the update, and now my bass module status light goes from white to amber, then turns off, then white to amber, then turns off. Over and over. It's so frustrating. I thought it might be something I did during the update so I unplugged everything, plugged my soundbar back in and did a factory reset on the soundbar. Plugged the power into my Acoustimass and paired it again. Ran adaptiq again. Then did the update again. And here I am, still staring at the status light on my bass module go from white to amber to off, white to amber to off. What gives, Bose? I contacted you guys through that form all your message board tech helpers keep posting but no answer back. There's a bit of comfort knowing this isn't just happening to me, but man this sucks. This stuff isn't cheap and during a pandemic, I can't really be dropping a cool grand on another sound system. As stupid as it sounds, watching tv and listening to music is what's keeping me sane during lockdown. Can you guys please help us?

@maxpower_, I am sorry to hear this and am here to help. The troubleshooting you have tried so far is great! Just to confirm, when you see the amber light, is it solid or flashing? This will help me to identify whats happening.
