I added a new playlist to my ITunes Library but despite a number of days and initiating manual syncs on SoundTouch the playlist will not appear in Soundtouch. Other playlists appear and appear in full - any suggestions?

I would love to help, but first I need to confirm which device you are running iTunes on. This is because of what is mentioned in this thread here. Also, just to confirm, the playlists that show in full, are these recently added too? What audio format is the one that won't load?

I am using a Laptop Windows 10 for my ITunes Library
The ITunes application is running Version 184.108.40.206
I am accessing the Music Library on the computer via Soundtouch:
IPad running IOS 12.4.9 and XR IPhone IOS 14.3 both of which do not display the playlist in Soundtouch Interface Version 26.0.1 and App 26.0.0 Protocol Version 66.

I would recommend removing the iTunes Library and then re-adding it. You can do this by heading the music services part of the settings menu and selecting the library and delete. You can follow the same instructions to re-add it.
