SoundTouch Database Upgrade – February 24th – Some features will be temporarily affected

Hello everyone,


On Wednesday, February 24th, 2021 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm EST (9 pm GMT – 11 pm GMT) we will be upgrading the SoundTouch account database.


During this time SoundTouch users may experience some issues if they try to:

  1. Create a new Bose account
  2. Add devices to a SoundTouch account
  3. Save or delete presets/favorites
  4. Create new music sources
  5. Retrieve what was recently played
  6. Over-the-Air software updates


Thank you for your patience during this time. If you do experience any issues outside of the aforementioned time frame, please let us know.
