Soundbar 300 went dead while playing

My Soundbar 300 went dead yesterday while playing music. All lights are off. I unplugged it and reconnected it. Took the batteries from the remote. Nothing works.

I see several posts on this topic. What is the solution?

I purchased it in November 2017.

You probably need to contact Bose support and send it in for repair.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Bose Community. I am deeply sorry to hear that your Soundbar is now outputting no power and would love to assist you further. 


Can you please try using the Soundbar in a different power outlet as well as trying to access it via the Bose Music App?
