Soundtouch 10 - Speakers ALWAYS Disconnected

I have 7 sound touch speakers in my office in various rooms.  They NEVER stay connected and to reconnected have to physically be put into set up mode to reconnect...EVERY DAY.  Any solutions? We have a strong WIFI signal, app is up to date. My only conclusion is that this is just a poor product and would love for Bose to refund my money!

Thanks for reaching out. I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing connectivity issues with your SoundTouch speakers. 


What I would firstly suggest is that you ensure all our SoundTouch speakers are up to date with the latest firmware. You can perform a manual update by the following instructions. 


Do you experience this disconnection whilst your speakers are grouped together or when a speaker is playing singular? or both?
