Soundtouch 10 Wifi Connection Problem to the app

The problem: I can start the setup and connect via usb to the speaker and add my wireless network and password

once the speaker connects to my wifi, I can see it connected to my network

The Leftmost wifi led steady white and in the dhcp client list on my router I can see the speaker connected.

BUT the app cannot comunicate with the speaker. at the moment when is supposed to name it and add it to my account

I have Multicast and UPNP enabled on my router.

I can see that my router assigns an IP address to the speaker and I can see the speaker's MAC address on my network.

The the soundtouch app cannot comunicate to it.

My router is a Motorola MG7315.

Hi Javier69,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Bose Community. I am deeply sorry to hear that you are having issues setting up your speaker and would love to assist you further.

Firstly, I would like you to perform a reset on both your internet router and your speaker via turning off your product and disconnect the power cord for 30 seconds.

Please do test this and let me know the result of these steps.

Kind Regards,
