Soundtouch 10 "Ready To Play"

I haven't used my speaker in a while and trying to play this morning, I select an album and click a song and it shows the song loading then goes to blank screen that says Ready to Play but nothind is playing.

If I select a radio station, it plays. I would appreciate some help.

I'm sorry that you're unable to play some music through your SoundTouch 10 speaker. I'd love to help resolve this for you.


My first recommendation would be to perform a power reset on the system. This can be done by removing the power for 30 seconds and then reconnecting. 


Additionally, which music service are you using? Please remove this service and re-add if the reset does not already resolve the problem.
