Soundtouch 20 froze and now doesn't turn on

Hi there,

The screen to my Soundtouch 20 was frozen and the light was dimmed and blurry.  (I can't recall the message but I believe it's the one that usually comes on if it says the presets are not set)  when I disconnected the Soundtouch for several seconds and plugged it back in, I wasn't able to turn it on at all.  Nothing is lighting up.  I've tried several different outlets and checked the wire on the back of the Soundtouch to make sure it's firmly in place.

Any help as to what's going on with the device?

Thank you for getting in touch with us and I do apologise that you are having an issue with that. 

Could you try the following steps to attempt to clear the speaker fully? - 

1. Unplug the speaker from power.
2. Hold the number 1 and the volume minus down.
3. Plug in the speaker whilst holding those buttons down.
