I have recently installed a Soundtouch 300. Works and sounds great. However, when I am cycing through my Netflix / Sling / Amazon Video apps on my TV, this voice from the speak come on and "guides" me through. There is nothing in any manual, spec, or available documentation that even lists this "feature" Does anyone know how to turn that voice off? It is annoyign enough that I am ready to return the speaker.

This is not a feature of the SoundTouch 300, so is more than likely an accessibility setting found on your television. If you cannot find details in your TVs user guide referring to voice guidance (it is most likely to be found in a vision related accessibility setting menu) then it would be worth speaking with the manufacturer of the television for support.

I did not have this issue on the sound bar I replaced, so didn't think to look at the TV 🙂
