When opening the SoundTouch app, tap "Sign in to existing account", then tap Forgot Password. From there, you just need to enter your email address, then open the link that gets sent to your email inbox.

Thanks for getting back in touch, that's very strange that you are not able to see the forgotten password option. Are you using the app on a mobile device or a computer? Whichever way you are using it I would suggest swapping it over to see if you are able to do it on another device. If you do not have another device then I would suggest rebooting the device you are using, unistalling and reinstalling the SoundTouch app and making sure your device is up to date.
