Soundtouch Poor Functionality and Interface

Hello Bose,

Is there no further development into the Soundtouch App. I had SONOS before switching to Bose Soundtouch. Whilst I had SONOS I don't recall having any issues. Now I have 3 X ST10, 1 X ST20 and a Lifestyle 130 system with Soundtouch adaptor. I have persevered for almost 5 years now hoping you would finally come up with a decent interface. The problems I continually face are listed below.

  1. Speakers dropping off my network.
  2. Speakers being greyed out on the app (IOS & MacOS).
  3. Unable to add speaker to current playing.
  4. Stuttering sometimes in bluetooth.

Please don't ask me what router I am using. The same has happened with many routers over the years. I have tried with a new router only having Bose soundtouch connected for a few days to try to solve but still the problems exist. I have wasted a huge amount of money on Bose products it would seem. I have just returned form a weekend at my friends house who has SONOS and none of these problems seem to exist.

As these problems have never been ironed out, with so many people experiencing them, am I right in saying you no longer support the product fully?

Really Bose.

No reply, no reasoning, no help.

Time to go back to SONOS I think.
