I have a pair of Soundtouch 10's and all works fine. The only strange thing is that I don't see an icon for it on my iphone. I can go into Apps and it shows that it's downloaded and I have the option to open it up which I can and the speakers work fine, but that's the only way I can access the app.

I am sorry to hear that you are having some problems with the SoundTouch application. This sounds like a problem specific to your phone. Have you tried rebooting your phone? Do you have any subfolders at all where the app may be hidden?
