Bose product name : Bose SoundTouch 20

Country :Kenya

Firmware Version

App Version

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on : iPhone 11 iOS 14.4

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce : so I was listening to music and the speaker was working perfectly and then suddendly it stopped to play music with no volume , but on my phone was still playing and connected to the speaker , what I mean is that the speaker does not produce sound anymore but it still works

What environment do you experience the issue in? , in my veranda

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously? The issue came all at once like from nowhere , it stopped to produce sound and it was working perfectly well before

Any troubleshooting steps you took

i reset the speaker , tried to see if it was muted and I upgraded it to the latest software update

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear that your SoundTouch 20 is no longer playing audio whilst connected to your device.

Are you using a connection through the SoundTouch app or is this via Bluetooth (Bluetooth is available if you have the SoundTouch 20 III)

Can you try connecting an alternate device to your SoundTouch 20 to see if this issue persists? This way we can see if this is isolated to your iPhone 11.

I look forward to hearing from you.
