This is something our engineers are still working on at the moment and we do not currently have any updates yet. We are working closely with Spotify to get this resolved but do not currently have a timeframe for a fix.
We will, of course, keep you updated as soon as we hear anything else.

In regards to update, I can inform you that the situation is still being looked into with Spotify - therefore I cannot provide a definite date of when we expect this to be fixed. Sorry again that this issue has not been completely resolved as of yet.
What will most likely happen is that an update will be pushed to the app to resolve this. You will be prompted to go ahead with this update, or it will go ahead automatically.
However, to keep up-to-date with scheduled firmware/software releases, I advise keeping an eye on the Bose Community for the time being.
