System working like a charm

Working with the great assistance from the telephone based support team, I was able to factory reset all my modules (ST10x3, ST30, Link Wireless, SA-5) and then discover the real culprit was SSID 2.4 vs 5 on my wireless router that needed to rename and point the network to.  Once resolved, all is well!.  I have my system back!

There are a lot of problems associated with the router settings. Take a ways are unique networks names and passwords for each band. Router position and wifi performance also contribute. My setup has been relatively problem free over the years because I have focused on wifi basics. There isn’t a lot wrong with the Bose hardware.
