TV speaker used with Amazon Echo dot.

Hi

I have a recently purchased TV speaker, excellent when used on TV, sound and speech very clear.

I am trying to connect via bluetooth to my Amazon Echo but its not working.

I press the bluetooth button on the speaker remote, then use the Echo menu to look for it, but it does not see it. I can play music from iPhone via bluetooth on the TV speaker but not from Echo.

Anyone have any ideas please would be most welcome.

Thanks

Eric

Re: TV speaker used with Amazon Echo dot.

Hey Offcott,

Thank you for taking the time to post - I'm glad to hear you're loving the Bose TV Speaker! I'd be happy to help with the Bluetooth issue you're experiencing.

Have you been able to connect any other Bluetooth speakers to your Amazon Echo, using the standard process shown HERE? There may be a chance your past connections are causing some interference, so it's best if you clear the pairing history of the TV speaker, phone, and Echo, then attempt to Bluetooth set up again. Let me know how you get on!
