Unable to use SoundTouch app

I am trying to use the SoundTouch app in my iPhone 7plus.

I’ve downloaded it from the App Store and followed the steps to connect my device (SoundTouch 10) when giving the name to it a message stating “that it was not possible to establish connection, something has occurred and it was not possible to add your speaker to your account, please try again later” comes out once and again and doesn’t allow me to go further,

any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues setting up your SoundTouch 10 to the SoundTouch app on your iPhone. I'd be glad to help. 

 

To gain a better insight on the matter, can you kindly confirm the following: 

 

- Are you using the speaker/app on a home network? 

- Have you tried using a different smartphone? 

- Have you tried factory resetting the speaker and attempted setup again? (A factory reset can be performed by pressing preset 1 and the volume down buttons together for around ten seconds.)
