Update soundtouch app ( ios Apple 13 )

Have problem look this cannot scroll down ( using ios 13.1 ) apple

Thanks for getting back in touch. 

 

I have just tested this on an iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13.1.2 and was able to replicate the same issue. I will report this back to the development team. When there is a major operating system release, it is not uncommon for little bugs like this to sneak through. In the meantime, I thank you for your patience while this gets escalated.

Please can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and then rebooting your phone for me?

I try so many time uninstall again , install again same problem reboot 

about my favorite cannot scroll down. Before used ios 12 no problem

upgrade os 13.1.1  have same problem .

(ios 13) all phone and ipad same problem  but used (ios 12) no problem

Do not waste your time on a single piece of troubleshooting that these mods suggest. Nothing will work. 

The Bose Smart and Soundtouch family of speakers are entirely bugged and nonfunctional in iOS 13. Worldwide.

 

The apps need an update from the incredibly slow and incompetent dev team.

This has been a problem going back to the iOS 13 betas. I am still experiencing this issue on the latest public releases of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13. I guess no one at Bose bothers to test the app on the new OS between WWDC in June and the first bug reports to hit the forums in September…

 

(And why make the OP do a bunch of useless troubleshooting when the buggy behaviour described is so easy to reproduce and confirm at their end…?)
