no playlists after updating motherboard and replacing HDD

I have just replaced my PC , new motherboard, OS HDD to SSD, same data disk for music files, larger data disk for other files. I have copied the playlists from the old OS HDD and placed them in the same folder on the new SSd. NO playlists appear in Soundtouch, but appear and play in Windows Media Player. I have restarted Windows 10 twice, uninstalled and reinstalled soundtouch once. I have removed all libraries in Soundtouch, and reinstated them. I will not be rebuilding 85 playlists from scratch.
