problem with distributor Morocco, Somara company
I bought from your official distributor in Morocco a Soundtouch 30 speaker. This one has broken down for many months while it is still under warranty. After a lot of difficulties (no response on the phone, no response to emails ....) I was able to join the Somara company. At the beginning of January 2020, an agent of this company recovered my equipment. I was also able to contact one of their manager (Mr. Omar Ablad) who promised me a return of the equipment on January 15. Since that date, no one has responded to this company, either by email, whatsapp, or the phone. I contacted Bose France. I am told in the technical service that Somara is not an authorized distributor and the opposite in the commercial service. I hope Bose USA can find me a quick solution. Thank you.
