boght a bose sounbar 700 in new zealand

tried to connect it with the app . showing product activation failed everytime. there seems to be no bose technical support in new zealand as the phone no given to me says that bose office is closed .it is also directing me to australia. It is a shame that Bose is selling products in new zealand with no technical support.

I have tried all the ways  mentioned in the forum to connect my soundbar with  app with no success 

where will i get help in new zealand
