update failed

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took i was trying to update and i get stuck and  i cant do anything at all.trying to reset but it doesnt work. stuck in rectangle box on the screen.help!

I am sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing some difficulty updating your SoundTouch 20. I'd love to see what I can do to help.

 

There are a number of ways that you can update your system. How did you initiate this update? Was it through the SoundTouch app? Let's take a different approach and try to manually update the speaker. Please follow the steps listed HERE to update via a computer and USB cable. When following the instructions to download the update, please ensure you select the correct series of SoundTouch 20 that you have.
