Can’t get the clock to show on the Bose 500 speaker

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to display the clock on your Home Speaker 500.
Have you gone into the speaker settings on the Bose Music app? If you click the product image in the bottom right, select Settings, under Display > click Clock, Enable Show Clock.
If this does not help, please reset your speaker by removing the power for 30 seconds and reconnecting.
