Thanks for posting and welcome to the Bose Community! Yes, you can as long as the Bass Module is the same as the one that you already have.
For example, if you have the Bass Module 500, you would only be able to add another Bass Module 500!

Thank you for response.Due to the bass module is not Bose. I’ve the old one that input via RCA insput.Can you advise to connect it from bass jack from soundbar500?How to active this bass out put to my old subwoofer?

I don't believe you can connect any non-bose subwoofer to the Soundbar
Try to use old one in my system and used feature provided from sound bar 500.
