Issue, promise of replacement and no timeline for the same

Soundwear speaker had issues with microphone being very distorted. Kind of unusable for any phone calls. I did contact Bose and i was told that since its still under warranty, i could get a replacement.

 

I was happy that bose agreed to offer replacement. But today when i checked the status, i have been told that the product is no longer available and there is no tentative date on the availability as well.

Wanted to post an update on this issue. Not sure whether its a co incidence or action being taken after the post. I got an email that shipping label has been created and soon the replacement will be shipped. Soon is better than unknown deadline.

 

Wanted to share the positive as well and not just the issues. Thanks Bose !!!
