When I power on my device, I get three white lights and I do not hear the device tell me how much power there is or what it is connected to. The bluetooth light does not light up. I have reset the device countless times and when I turn it on I hear no prompts for setting it up.

Have you tried plugging in the SoundWear to charge? Does the SoundWear react at all and start charging?

Brandon, Thanks for the reply. What I ended up doing is plugging it into my laptop and ran an update on it. Turns out my set was a bit out of date and what ever bug made it do what it did was fixed with the update. All is well.
