Phone calls get garbled

Hi,

 

I love the Soundwear Companion but sometimes my phone calls become garbled and neither party can understand each other. I have to switch off the Bose to speaker or phone and switch back. I'm using an iPhone XR and in my home office when this happens.

 

Any ideas what's causing it & a solution?

Thanks for reaching out to the community and sorry for the trouble you're having. We can try and help you here. 

 

Can you please try performing a reset? 

  1. Turn the speaker on
  2. Press and hold the Multi-function button and Volume - button for 10 seconds
  3. Once complete, the Bluetooth indicator flashes blue and a voice prompt prompts to select a language

 

If possible, please try pairing your SoundWear with another device and test a call again.
