Soundwear connecting to LG TV and Bose Solo.

Hi, I recently purchased Soundwear system, to help my partially deaf mother watch TV.  We have a LG TV ( 43UH661V ZF ) and a Bose Solo TV Surround System ( 410376 ). connected to TV via a cable.

We connected Soundwear to TV via Bluetooth, but when we ask the Soundwear to give sound from the TV, it does so, but stops the sound coming out of the Solo TV Sound System.

Question.  Can we run the two together.

It's more an issue with the TV rather than the Bose systems.  Most TVs assume that if you connect headphones, you don't want other sound to play, hence mutes the speakers.

I know some Sony TVs have a setting (I think it's called headphone link) that can allow what you need.  You'll need to see if your LG does this,

Has anybody tried a separate Bluetooth transmitter. In particular the Oneforall Bluetooth TV audio transmitter SV1770,
