info about battery inside Soundwear

hi, i ve got soundwear in russia and it seems i need to change the battery inside. In rus there is no service center, so i ll do it by myself. So i just need to know details about battery - tipe, size, Mah.. it will be cool to know battery model, code, to fined the same one.

I am sorry you are having issues with your SoundWear Companion battery. Have you checked out the troubleshooting here to get this fixed?

I wouldn't recommend changing the battery yourself. If you reach out to your local team in Russia here, they will be able to help!

yes i read troubleshooting  and didnt fined there inf about battery name or size
