That's quite a pain! Sorry to hear that has happened. I'd be happy to look into this and see what can be done for you.
To confirm, do you own the 901 VI v1, or 901 VI v2 system? What may be easier is to look for a serial number and then letting me know so I can further assist you. The serial number should usually be located on the bottom of the speaker near the terminal cup.
