Bose Companion 5 Multimedia

The system was working great and then with in the last 6 months ....it cuts out and I I have to reset it and then it does it again........  Run computer test and it says it is okay.   Could the volume pod be defective as it keeps repeating .

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble using your Companion 5 system. When the audio cuts out, does it come back soon after, or stay permanently off? How soon after playing music will you notice that it cuts out?

 

Have you checked all cables are securely connected and nothing is loose? Also, are there any signs of cable damage?
