When I plug my Iphone X (using an Apple adaptor) into the sound dock, I am not getting a connection and the docking station is not working. The Sound Dock worked fine until several months ago. Could it be the "Switching Power Supply Cord" which plugs into the docking station? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is this part even available anymore?

I would also recommend connecting the SoundDock to another power outlet to ensure that this isn't causing any issues.
