Bose companion 2 control pod not working

Hi I am using Companion Bose speakers from 2014. From last week LED light of control pad is changing from green to red at every 3-4 minutes during music play. After every 3-4 minutes it required to touch again the pod to resume to listen music.

So I can provide you with the most accurate information on this, can you please confirm which model of the Companion 2 speakers you have? If you are unsure, you can double-check this with our Product Identifier.

 

The first thing I would recommend you do with your speakers is a power cycle of them. To do this, disconnect them from your computer and the power for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and give them a test.
