Bose companion 20 stop working

My bose companion 20 (4 yrs of age) was working just fine until last year ive already check the cables and the connection and its all fine. This is the scenario I turn on the speaker and it sounds perfectly good then after several minutes it will stop playing no matter how i try to reset,/disconnect and connect. The control pod has light when i tapped. But there is no signal from both speaker. The only thing to do to make it work again is to wait fo 1 day of rest and it will sound again but will stop after a few minutes of use. Can you help me bose community?
