Hi Santosh here from India. This is regarding Companion 20 multimedia speakers related issue. I am using these speakers since last 3 years, recently I have started facing problems like "eerrrrrrr" sound some kind of disturbance in one speaker only, while listening music, specially when high pitch/bass plays. So request on this forum to help me in resolving this issue.

I am sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with your Companion 20 Multimedia Speaker System.
Could you please remove all of the connections and re-connect your system to ensure that no cables have come loose.
I would also ask that you perform a product reset by following these steps:
If you are still experiencing this issue, I would recommend that you replace the audio cables as they can become defective over time.
