Companion 3 series II: 220v

Hello,

I've recently moved to Europe from the US and I'm trying to figure out if I can use my Companion 3 series II here given the different voltage.

Going by the text in the back of the base, it seems like the voltage is not supported. Therefore, I'm trying to understand which adapter/transformer should I get in order for it to work.

I was looking in the manual and wasn't able to find how many watts the transformer should support.

Can you please advise?

Thank you!

Hi @niroser

Thank you for your post and welcome to Community!

Regarding your query, the system in its current form will not work in Europe. I would recommend getting in contact with your local support team for a voltage conversion on your system to allow it to be plugged into the higher voltage without causing damage to it. Click the LINK HERE, select your country and scroll down to 'Contact Us'. One of the team there will be more than happy to assist you!
