My companion 5 lost sound and I found "No jack information available".
I uninstalled and installed the driver as web search, but still no sound.

Are you able to unplug and reconnect the USB cable into a different port on the computer? This could initiate an install of the drivers and resolve the issue.
What type of computer do you have these speakers connected to?

Is there a light showing up on the volume puck? There should be a green or amber LED lit when the system is plugged into power.
