DID NOT RECEIVE BOSE 901 SPEAKER STANDS I ORDERED. NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS!

I ordered a pair of 901 speaker stands over a month ago. I have submitted email and have not received a single response. I have since bought a pair on AMAZON.

I want a refund. I am very dissapointed in bose customer service.
