Device Offline Problem resolved

Just some info to help all of u having issues with Alexa or any other music device and the soundbar 700. Kudos to Lewis in Customer Support for hanging with me for over an hour trouble shooting this issue. Super helpful. We went through all the standard options, unplugging for 2 mins, removing soundbar from Alexa App, Bose App, doing software update and even doing factory reset (power button and skip Fwd button same time for 5 sec) and to me after doing all this re-adding the soundbar to Bose App then to Alexa App, the key was enabling the skill on Alexa App. menu (3 lines on top left) skills & Games, do a search on Bose, then select Bose (not for soundtouch) will probably show skill as Enabled, Disable Skill then Enable, should ask you for your Bose acct Login and Passwd. Once we did this, Alexa started working and no more "That Device is Not Enabled" . Enjoy.
