Headphone jack only outputting left ear audio

I have the companion 2 series computer speaker, and when i plugged my headphones into the headphone jack just below the volume dial, i was met with only left ear audio only. When i plugged my headphones into my interface directly, i didn't have that problem

Does this occur with all headphones you connect to your Companion 2 II speakers? 

Can you inform us on what model your headphones are just to see if we can provide you any troubleshooting for this product?
