My Lifestyle 20 system is connected to my Samsung smart TV to play back TV sound. All TV channels work fine, but no sound comes from SBS On Demand. I've contacted SBS, who suggest 3 things:
1. check the cabling from TV audio out to Bose audio in (I'm using the AUX input)
2. Reset the Lifestyle 20
3. There may be a codec issue as content on SBS On Demand is accompanied by a stereo track.
I don't know how to reset the Lifestyle 20 and I don't understand no. 3.
Can anyone help me?
