When you are trying to add the soundbar back to the app, at which point during the process are you running into difficulty? Is the app unable to find the soundbar at all, unable to connect to the soundbar once it's been found, or is something else happening?
Does the app give you any error messages when you try and add the soundbar back to your account?
Once we know what point in the set up process there is a problem, we'll be able to work out what the next steps will be!
