What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
First noticed iphone wasn't working, so began streaming from ipad - about two weeks ago. Now neither works.
Any troubleshooting steps you took
unplug, then plug back in SoundDock, reboot iphone and ipad.
