i have tried configuring the SA-5 amplifier for various zones in a residence but this error message keeps coming up after following the various setup protocols "cant connect " something happened and we couldn't add the speaker to your soundtouch account please try again later.I have explored the various methods to setup the amplifier several times with different WIFI and Ethernet connections under different account but its unable to add successfully.Everything seems to work fine until this error message appear in the final stages of the configuration.
Any help ?

May I ask when you see this error message? Does this pop up once you are naming the SA-5 within the SoundTouch App?
If not, can you please explain for us when this error appears within the app.
