3 cd changer gets no power, barely used

Cant believe this is not working . No power to unit but power runs through to the top wave radio just fine. We have barely ever used this so it is not like we have gotten close to our moneys worth with this item.We have already tried resetting and updating with the cd for updating. Only use at christmastime.

I'm sorry to hear your Wave CD changer is no longer operating. Did you recently experience a power cut or surge that may have caused an issue? 

Have you tried using a different power socket/outlet? For how long have you owned this CD changer?

I have owned this for many years, but only used once a year ...No power surge has happened

Thanks for coming back to us! 

I would recommend unplugging the CD Changer from the rest of your system and double hacking the connection. Make sure all pins are still straight and intact.
