Bose Wave Music System III CD works sporadically

I don't have the orginal box or warranty info - how can I get my Bose Wave III checked out and repaired?

I am sorry you are having some difficulties with your Wave Music System III. You reach your local team by clicking this link here, selecting your region, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and selecting contact us. If you are in the US or UK you can also reach out via Facebook or Twitter and one of our team can help you there. However, I would love to look at trying some steps with you to see if we can resolve this issue. To start with, let's try resetting the product. This reset erases all settings and returns your product to its default out-of-box state.

  1. Power off your product.
  2. On the remote, press and hold the Alarm Setup button until -SETUP MENU- is displayed.
  3. Press the Tune > button repeatedly until RESET ALL is displayed.
  4. Press the Time + button to select YES.
  5. While PRESS 3 TO CONFIRM appears on the system display, press the 3 button.
